Sport Tapper

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Sport Tapper mobile application (the “App”) operated by Burntsky IO (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, installing, or using Sport Tapper, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Sport Tapper is a mobile application designed for parents and coaches to:

• Track youth sports statistics in real time
   
• Manage player rosters and profiles
   
• Record match results and player performance
   
• Organize teams and seasons
   

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Sport Tapper. The App is intended for adults managing youth sports data and is not designed for children.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
   
• You are a parent, guardian, or coach of the players whose data you enter
   
• You have the legal authority to enter and manage player information
   

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of information you enter
   
• Maintaining the security of your device
   
• All activity that occurs through your use of the App
   
• Obtaining appropriate consent before entering another person’s information
   

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Sport Tapper, including player information, match statistics, and photos. Burntsky IO does not claim ownership of your content.

All user data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data using the Export feature.

Sport Tapper offers the following subscription options:

• Free Tier
  Limited to 1 player and 5 games
   
• Parent Tier
  Up to 6 players with unlimited games
   
• Coach Tier
  Up to 25 players with team management features
   

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
   
• Prices are displayed in your local currency
   
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase
   

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
   
• Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to renewal
   
• Renewal pricing will match your original subscription unless you are notified of a change
   

To cancel your subscription:

1. Open iPhone Settings
    
2. Tap your Apple ID
    
3. Tap Subscriptions
    
4. Select Sport Tapper
    
5. Tap Cancel Subscription
    

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that time.

All refund requests must be submitted through Apple. Burntsky IO cannot process refunds directly.

If a free trial is offered:

• You will not be charged during the trial period
   
• The subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends
   
• Pricing will be clearly displayed before the trial begins
   

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
   
• Enter false, misleading, or unauthorized information
   
• Enter data about individuals without proper consent
   
• Reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the App
   
• Harass, harm, or exploit others
   
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
   

All aspects of Sport Tapper, including its design, software, features, and branding, are owned by Burntsky IO and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.

You retain all rights to the content and data you create and enter into the App.

Your use of Sport Tapper is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to that Privacy Policy.

Sport Tapper is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
   
• Fitness for a particular purpose
   
• Non-infringement
   
• Accuracy or reliability
   

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
   
• Defects will be corrected
   
• The App will meet your specific needs
   

We are not responsible for any loss of data. You are responsible for maintaining backups using the Export feature.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Burntsky IO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
   
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim
   
• These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted
   

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Burntsky IO from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
   
• Your violation of these Terms
   
• Your violation of third-party rights
   
• Content you enter into the App
   

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or by updating the Last Updated date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You may stop using Sport Tapper at any time by deleting the App from your device.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe your conduct:

• Violates these Terms
   
• Is harmful to users or Burntsky IO
   
• Is unlawful
   

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Sport Tapper will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver:
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Burntsky IO regarding Sport Tapper.
